Privacy Policy

When you place an order, Shopify collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details on our behalf. Payment card numbers go to Shopify's payment processors; we never see them. When you email us, we keep the correspondence. If you join our email list, your address is stored in Shopify as a marketing contact and used only for our own announcements; every email includes an unsubscribe link.

As you browse, we collect usage data through Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and events like adding an item to your cart or starting checkout. Your cart itself is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel with its data collection set to maximum. It records page views, the events we send (add to cart, checkout started), and interactions it detects automatically, such as button clicks and form activity, along with cookies and device information Meta uses to match you to an account. Meta uses this data to show and measure our ads and for its own purposes described in Meta's privacy policy. You can adjust how Meta uses your activity at facebook.com/adpreferences.

We test different versions of our homepage. To keep the version you see consistent, we compute a one-way hash from your browser's user agent, language, and IP address, and store the assignment in the vision_lp cookie. The hash can't be reversed into your IP, and we don't use it for anything besides picking a homepage version.

Shopify (orders and payments), Meta (advertising), Google (analytics), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and shipping carriers (delivery). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone else except when the law requires it.

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and returns. Analytics data is retained on the default schedules of Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics. Emails are kept as long as the conversation is useful.

You can block cookies in your browser, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Meta settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to how it's used. Email vision@registrum.shop and we'll handle it.

The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
