Terms of Service

VISION sells apparel through this site, vision.registrum.shop. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here is the one that applies.

We work to describe every piece accurately — fabric weight, fit, print placement — but screens vary, and small differences between the photos and the garment you receive can happen. Prices are listed in US dollars and can change at any time before you place an order. If a price is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

An order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud — and if we do, you'll be refunded. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

Orders dispatch within 2–4 business days. Orders over $70 qualify for free standard shipping; shipping on other orders is calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout come from the carrier and aren't guarantees. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we'll make it right.

Unworn, unwashed pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email vision@registrum.shop with your order number to start a return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong thing.

The designs, product names, photography, and text on this site belong to VISION. You can share links and screenshots; you can't reproduce our designs on products, use our name or artwork commercially, or scrape the site's content to resell it.

Don't use the site to do anything unlawful, interfere with its operation, place fraudulent orders, or attempt to access systems or data that aren't yours.

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties not stated in these terms, and our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that can't be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which VISION is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
